For the mom who needs that extra push to start showing up for herself, for the mother/child duo that wants to workout together in a fun way, and for the teen who wants to build strength and prevent injuries in their sports.

A one hour session that is customized to meet you where you are today and prepare you for the future self you have been searching for! These workouts will not only challenge you, but they will ensure that you are exercising with good form and know what to do outside of training to help you hit your goals.

A one hour session is designed to be fun and focus on general goals in a small group setting. The group will be doing similar exercises with modifications provided where they are needed. Come by yourself or invite your friends, too!

FOCUS + COACHING STYLE

In recent years, everything has shifted to online programming. I can appreciate the importance of that from both a business perspective and a client perspective. As a business owner, online programming frees up more of my time, but as a client having the option for in person training is invaluable. If you are just starting your journey, there is nothing like having someone teach you the proper form and technique. Having a trainer ensures that you are being effective in your workouts; which ensures that you can do it on your own in the future– the ultimate goal!

What does the session consist of?

Depends on which type of sessions you book, but most sessions consist of stretch/mobility, warm-up, strength training, and cool down. If you book a private session your workout may look different based on your specific goals and desired outcomes. During all workouts your movement will be accessed and workouts will be adjusted to accommodate any imbalances you may need help with.

What kind of equipment will I use?

Equipment use is dependent on your level. Most people will start with bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells only. Once advanced, you will work with barbells, TRX, smith machine, ropes, and more.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring water, tennis shoes, and wear tight clothes (baggy clothes make it hard to see your form). It’s also important that you make sure to fuel beforehand so you have energy for your workout.

Will you track my progress?

For clients doing private sessions, I will take progress photos and you will weigh in every 6 weeks.

What kind of training do you offer?

I offer private training sessions and small group training sessions. For private sessions, the training style is based on your likes, dislikes, level of experience, goals, and desired outcome. Small group training sessions are full body workouts consisting of strength training and cardio. All training is designed so that you enjoy it and feel accomplished afterwards.

Do you offer nutrition advice?

During private sessions, I can answer brief questions, but customized nutrition is for my 1:1 clients.
