MY JOURNEY

How I Got Into Fitness + Nutrition

I was 24 when I had my first baby. Shortly after that I was pregnant again… and SURPRISE– it was twins!

 

I was in baby bliss, but being “burnt out” was an understatement. I had postpartum depression, felt wrecked, and could not get to a point of recognizing myself anymore. I no longer worked, went to the gym, or spent any time on my self-care. Sound familiar?

 

I tried it ALL– quick fixes, trendy diets, and intense workout plans that promised quick results. I realized that the key wasn’t doing everything all at once. The key was knowing what was actually worth doing.

 

With small, sustainable steps I was able to transform my body and my life. I lost a total of 50 lbs, but most importantly I have kept it off for over 10+ years! What I GAINED in the process was priceless– strength, confidence, energy, and the ability to help women just like you!
